If you have a bank/credit union that appears to offer a loan product to help you, then you can sometimes send them your underwriting/analysis of a property to review so they can provide their thoughts on it's "lendability."

But at the same time, I have realized when you trigger an address by filing something it usually sends up a flag to the local tax commissions or authorities for the address listed which will sometimes trigger more back and forth explanations where everyone is looking for their share of any income produced.

There are products specifically for rentals, but I feel like using this approach will work best for me in the long run as I grow because its generic and I can get any bookkeeper to work for me.
