I saw a BP post which recommended a simplistic approach of  one LLC for operations and one Series LLC for asset holding, however it seems NC doesnt allow Series LLCWhat are my options and what are pros/cons?

Hello      The time has come for me to implement and post "house rules" and put fines in place for stupid things like littering, giving out front door code etc....  

Especially now that you've posted your suspicions on a public forum, I'm not an attorney, but I've watched enough Law and Order that I could see there being the possibility of you being charged for "Aiding and Abetting" their crime by not reporting it or "Criminal Facilitation". 

Great post @AJ Wong, but dammit if that "pro" article says it is a loophole.

My suggestion would be to select someone with the most forum posts or most reviews.
