Since I have to run the streets of Houston for my job, I have been writing lots of letters to homeowners on tax appraisal lists, I get out and talk to neighbors and I take pictures and try to do some comps at home.

Last October I closed on a duplex in the popular part of downtown.

All four units are currently vacant however there are six identical buildings on this street and other than the 4 units in this bulding (it is bank owned) there is only one other unit that is not rented currently.

Someone always painted a white X on the spot in the street, which the city tried to remove, but it always got repainted.

None of the popular tablets use Intel chips.

I also found a picture on Google street view from July 2007 of the house being constructed.If you move a little to the right, the image changes to October 2011 and the house is fully constructed.
