I would encourage you to keep asking questions and searching until you are convinced that you found something worthwhile.

Being that it's a 2 story built on a single story platform reduces costs and labor because it's maximizing space.

****I've been monitoring BP for a few months now and it's very encouraging to see so many people exchanging experiences, ideas, and encouragement with one another.

They encourage appraisers to work areas that are unfamiliar to the appraiser then they seem to encourage low ball appraisals (or high ball appraisals at other times) instead of objective information.Frankly what I did when this happened to me was to threaten to report the Appraiser to the National body that governs appraisal issues (I forget the name).

That's to encourage them to pay on time.

I have a friend who's a RE agent and offered to help and is the one encouraged me to try to sell it on my own, ran a CMA for me, etc.
