I generally like to have a rapport with an individual over the phone and or meet in person, it seemed (to me) that he was afraid to pick up the phone?

Reddings market is starting to pick back up, and it takes knowing where to look to find the deals. 

I'm at 7 units now and looking to pick up a couple more in the next few months if I can find the right deals.

How did you pick the right property manager?  

They will always be there unless someone picks them up one by one.
