Without that info, we have to swear under oath that we spoke with them and they said they were not in the military, or physically see them just before to attest under oath that they can't be in the military because we just saw them. 

So my though is to use my home inspector skills to compile a comprehensive report on the property bout about it physically, and its value with all the numbers.

That may true in Greater Boston where supply is limited, rental demand is high and the underlying value of the real estate is high due to its proximity to Boston and the scarcity of available land. 

How does it affect house resale value given that it is in good school district and proximity to 84 etc?
