The rental numbers are easy to see with just a little due diligence for a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom wi/ infinity pool in the heart of Manuel Antonio.

I had never really considered getting involved in any east coast investing but was out visiting them and had kind of a change of heart, especially with them being out there.

If it's in the heart of the City then a small master may not be an issue.

We were talking price and you know some sellers bless their hearts just think their property is worth substantially more than it really is especially in the condition its in. 

My father has been a mailman for as long as I've been alive and, even though he meant it in a way to express how proud he was, it broke my heart when he told me that even in 2016 I made more than he ever had a year in his life. 

I fought getting the stupid thing down and almost had a heart attack putting the new one up.

You can bargain to your heart's desire. 

I for one have never subscribed to that.. its worth what you pay for it when you buy it in that setting... you would never sell it and capture that phantom equity.. if it was easy to capture your turn key provider would be capturing it not giving it to you out of the goodness of their heart ( if that makes sense).

AND, don't think the thread does anything but help him build his credibility as an investor....You get what you put into this place and I know that J is one of the many that put their heart and soul in, and gets a TON back both on a personal and professional level.He deserves all the credit on this thing!
