Community organizer showed up and LLC's need to report to him on properties. 

My problem is no money and no track record.

Be nice, document all in writing, avoid phone calls or if you do talk make sure you record all the conversations- download ACR for your phone- save recordings, always prepare for court...I have some good vendors in Austin.

I also mastered the county real estate deeds and mortgage recording system, the online county court records, the marriage license bureau records, federal census and SNAP data.

Thanks to all these dumb sites trying to make a profit off of public records, your information is posted on multiple sites such as spokeo, city data, etc.

The interest you save is great and the mortgage balance will accelerate downward faster.So now when that is arranged and recorded - there are a number of things you can do next - refinance - put the seller first in second place - you get cash -- when you are ready to sell you can take some cash, do a wrap on your interest free mortgage and your existing mortgage and charge interest on the money you owe (it don't get no better than that - the yield is off the chart).
