Even though I wanted to, I haven’t made any purchases since about 2013 because the returns just weren’t as good as what I was used to.

If I ever let a tenant make a change at their cost (very rare that I do), its made perfectly clear that they will not be reimbursed for it EVER.

If they were going to charge me 2-3x the market rate for this service I would have like to know in advance because then I would of made the cleaner arrangements. 3.
