I need to line up some contractors and a PMC but I'm curious if I should hold off since I don't officially have the deed yet.Should I have any concerns with scheduling repairs etc. without obtaining the deed yet?

Hey @Jason May that is kinda tricky, now keep in mind I'm not an appraiser and I don't live in your market and this isn't official advice and all that....but There are a couple ways to go about this in my mind. 

The Fed announced that it plans on THREE interest rate hikes next year.

Laws are passed by elected officials, so if the people are sick of vacation rentals invading their neighborhood, this will be an issue.My best advice is buy on a lake, near the ocean or in the mountains and you will be fine.
