We would just need to verify you have a decent credit score and the rents can cover the total mortgage payment at that loan amount. 

I also found a bank that would finance that low cost of property as a regular 30 year loan so payments on debt is way low obvious $100 - $120 per unit.

I'm pretty conservative with my money, but if I knew I wanted more rentals in the near future, I'd be saving my money for a down payment and looking for the right property.  

Our monthly rental payment from the tenant was actually less than our monthly mortgage payment plus we did about 10k of repairs plus depreciation.
