If it is something that naturally occurred over the course of time then SafeCo should have underwritten for this.Lastly and most directly, your additional listed property should not suffer due to the experience of another property.I hope this helps and please contact me should you need guidance in properly submitting the claim or prepping the carrier.

I think that is an excellent price and the refrigerators look beautiful inside and the tenants are happy.I attached a receipt I got from WDC today and WDC wants only $399 for GE stoves that look identical to Frigidaire.

@Brock Bonnicksen It isn’t uncommon to put in a lease a clause that covers sewer drains that requires tenants to pay the cost for stoppages except for those that are caused by defective plumbing, tree roots, or acts of nature

Before doing so, the heating unit, while old (30 years), was functioning fine and often—he kept the house in the 70s without issue.When he got back, he turned the heat on, and it worked for a couple days before he relayed that there wasn’t any warm air coming through the vents and thought he smelled natural gas.My questions: How would you proceed, if you were in this situation?

Once you start showing up to do the little extra things, tenants will take advantage of your good nature and continue to call for every little thing that they could do themselves.I see no issue in providing the window insulator kits, but try to find the balance.

Depending on your needs one of the out-of-the-box solutions may be the best solution, as this central interface by it's nature is going to be more user friendly, but for others who have needs that do not fit into that box they may prefer the adaptability of the combination of Podio and third party tools such as Zapier.I would respectfully disagree with the statement that Podio is limited because it needs third party tools.
