The videos that they market with end up breaking down what seems to be a MLM model.

They ALWAYS stage their models, and they are the PROS at selling houses.

Our first duplex had what I am sure would have been considered mediocre numbers had we asked for input from BP, it more or less was a couple hundred dollars in cash flow/month when I did the model.

Clearly I'm biased but a professionals knowledge, expertise, processes, systems, documents, connections, software, etc. will always run circles around what you can do on your own.
