You wouldn’t go to a foot doctor for a heart problem.

This is especially true if it were a short blip due to an event like medical debt.  

The question now is if we should continue with the original plan of renting it out or just sell it and use the cash to fund some flips and pay off some medical bills.Here's the financial situation:Currently owe 91k on the house, comps in my neighborhood suggest I could get 175-185 realistically.  

It's like finding a doctor...get a referral from someone you trust.  

What rubs me the wrong way is the storytelling of "I have a medical professional client who is looking for a property."

Now, I will buy the polar pop for .79 instead of the $2.49 20oz bottle because I don't mind spending money so long as I get a good deal-- one of my core values is good 'value' and 'comfort' -- I'm not going to be uncomfortable for two hours if it's not medically necessary-- no dying of thirst (or wilderness tent camping for this gal).

We are living much longer and that will only increase due to all the new medical innovations that are out now and TONS more coming.
