Have you found local real estate meetups so you can meet other investors who are on the same trajectory as you?

I actually have one right now I'm doing. 6 unit with two garages I bought here locally in Central PA.

I would love to connect with some local Wilmington, NC MTR investors!

This entails financing and various local laws and whatnot all converging for universal agreement, so herding cat's. 

The plan would be to partner with local hospitals, insurance agencies, businesses, etc. and incorporate great amenities, where I would imagine I could make a better return, but that's where I'm struggling to determine how much better than listings in Furnished Finder.

National and local economic factors can definitely impact real estate. 

@Jahangir Hasanovthose low price points are tempting for a reason... probably lots of deferred maintenance and potentially in more challenging neighborhoods.if you think you're going to buy a random property off Zillow and start cash flowing in month 1 or even year 1... buckle up.i strongly recommend you start with a house hack locally instead. 

I would be attending online college, so class schedules or other things like that will not affect me, but a higher quality online education would cost more than my local university by a few thousand, leaving my total debt to be about $8,000.
