Us DIYers sometimes see our good ideas and good intentions work out 'differently' than planned lol.I have had days like this as well.

As you've probably gathered from my day to day routine, I'm starting with wholesaling with the intent to transition into fix/flip properties.  

Hello All,I’ve actually been a member of BP for many years however just not active.I’m in San Clemente, CA and I plan on attending the meet up in a couple of weeks.I know it’s difficult around here to invest however I have the time now and some capital and I’m starting to look for any opportunities that may exist.I’m open to partnerships with other investors or maybe even out of state properties.Mostly looking to flip however open to buy and hold.In the past I have owned three rental properties in AZ, fixed one of them up and sold for a decent profit.I currently own my home in San Clemente and have owned two other prior primary residences.I also bought a place in Laguna Woods a few years ago with the intention to flip.As it turns out, after the rehab, my Mom needed a place to live and so it goes.On another note I have a commercial pilots license and while I just sold my plane, I am looking for another one.I say this because generally speaking it’s easy for me to travel the western states.I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can and learning as much as I can.Feel free to contact me.Thank you,Tony

My main intention and goal of this direction is in hopes of creating an income and lifestyle that continues to allow me to travel and seek new opportunities and adventures.

The intent is not to be a typical agent that does listing/selling but for the purpose of assisting with the better acquisition of investment properties.

My intention is to purchase this house and hold it for 6 month then do a cash opt refinance and pull 10k in equity and purchase another rental and continue the process again. someone mentioned that a hard money lender may be a option. this would get me the house and then refi it and pay the lender their money back. is this true and if so how do i go about this and how credit heavy are these loans?

Intentions/Goal: I would like to find a 2-4 unit multi in my local area where we can Owner Occupy.

I believe if you purchase a home with VA backing you must have intentions of using it as your primary residents.

If I had a tenant that had good intentions and fell on hard times, I would not hesitate to use this technique to  help them out and regain control of the property faster and to not needlessly tarnish someone record.   

I go as far as to state my broader intentions for the whole area.Matter of fact, I have a seller sending me copies of other less personal mailings that he received but did not respond to.Welcome to Bigger Pockets and happy hunting!
