I’d look more for independent mom and pop places that have that artsy edge , it seems once Starbucks or Whole Foods moves in there probably isn’t much upside .

IE- daily linens, food service etc. 

If it was small, something like Whole Foods on the top level could work well.

If you own property here, you will likely travel here and eat great food, but food that is really bad for you.  

The area also has parks, food and a small downtown.

The extra fridge is for bulk items or food prep containers.
