At this point, I can't imagine being able to own something over an hour drive away.

Imagine if your contractor gave you daily status reports on each project you have rather than chasing the contractor down for information?

Medical can theoretically have some bearing, but curious what contemporaries feel about disclosure of medical debts to buyer, buyer agents, and everyone in the chain of ownership of title documents (imagine a HIPPA violation could be a risk...)

I imagine if I do get their stuff out I have to store it for 30 days. 

We gotta get smart and think of our own interests or we aren’t going to have a country left I come from the technology world prior to real estate and the issues are bigger than you imagine.

Our leasing team is just leasing@  my company.com and if you go to our website there is a post about harvey. you know i was thinking about this, theres tons of new capacity in big multi units that i would imagine are getting filled up real quick... 6 month leases so people can just fix and leave... it already had a big hangover of inventory so your comment doesnt shock me...though its VERY interesting and counter-intuitive and hard to imagine

These are not exactly the type of folks who I imagine have a checking account at the local credit union.

But I can't imagine how it pencils out if you're an amateur one-time developer.  

I imagine that is something you would want to do yourself.

I am intrigued, coming from the West coast, I just can't relate to those numbers; we here imagine anything in Detroit would have bullet holes or meth labs.
