My name is Christopher Dopson, I am a E-Commerce Reseller and have sold in multiple markets.

I live in a different city so I’d like something with remote capabilities, ideally with storage on the cloud so I don’t have to worry about a hard drive filling up.

The more I deal with real life tenants the less I believe this and the harder I work at tenant selection.

If you’re going in those areas, it’s ideal to duplex.

Ideally once you start getting some deals closed and have liquid capital and some experience you are ready/confident enough to take one down!

Hello everyone,I am finally ready to invest in a rental property and my goal is to get one property by the end of the year.Anyways, I need to setup a California LLC (I have a business and assets I want to protect) and am wondering is there anything “special” / different I need to do when setting it up for real estate investing….I just want to make sure I don’t make any mistakes with the setup…I have 2 LLCs now, but both are for e-commerce.Thank you!  

Ideally if I could clear it out and subdivide it to make a small profit, I am okay with that.How would I go about finding out if you could build on the land, if it is allowed to be subdivided etc.?

However, I do not want a loan that will qualify me based off my DTI and ideally I would also like to put less than 20% down.

Ideally a local investor who's looking to manage properties for others would be great.
