So I learned to export the spreadsheet, and through "macros", I was able to in one workbook, download QB reports to one worksheet , and from the downloaded sheet, extract the data I need to a second spreadsheet, the custom one, which they need for reporting purposes.

I know I'm being super general but such is the hazard of typing iPhone replies.
