I did speak with a property manager in the area and their biggest challenge in Pueblo is finding qualified tenants. 

Is that the norm with prop. management out there?

Thinking of converting this loft space into a functional bedroom to make it a 5 bed 2 bath house for equity. 

Lots of electrical wires still on the poles waiting to service houses that could be built there. 

Is it a real value add or will it add more stress and complication to the manager's already busy life?  

I have been a landlord in New Jersey in the student housing sector for over 15 years.

Universities, flight schools, HR departments for corporate housing, military bases, etc... the list is actually pretty long. 

Does anyone have any experience with renting to Corporate Relocation companies who provide temporary housing solutions for insurance clients who have been displaced from their homes due to claims?

The property manager has said repeatedly that there is no way for them to prove this,  but I haven't heard from them exactly why that is.
