I guess the long and the short of it is, there are a bunch of people here on the forums that can tell you how to get something accomplished but it is much harder to provide guidance on how to get someplace when we don't know where you want to get to.

Hey everyone, I'm a young investor working on my first deal and looking for some guidance.

I do not want hard money loans and if I post for guidance that’s all that comes back.

Also, somewhere that has a great culture and top producers who are open to sitting down for coffee, answering questions and providing guidance would be something I'd look for. 

Has anyone received guidance from their attorney (or REIA) on the new laws that were enacted this spring, specifically the "just cause eviction" law?

I am currently a project intern for a larger contractor in Southern California whole I finish my degree and have been reading up on some small scale development projects to hopefully jump into post graduation.Experienced developers, what guidance could you offer to those interested in starting at the ground level?
