It certainly beats the crap out of working an additionl 40 hrs/week to gain overtime salary.Maybe it's more like this-- it's better ROI to put your cash in a money market account than keep it under your mattress; but it's better to put it into an index fund than a money market; better still to select a prize-winning stock; better still to correctly pick hedge funds/explosive growth companies, etc., etc.

We had to threaten to call the cops.So... we've had to move some property out of the house (highly portable, very attractive valuables) b/c we are taking her at her word that she's going to B&E the place.My question is... what do you guys think... and can this be construed as "constructive eviction"?

Kinda dicey.My friend's reasoning: I will have a greater equity gain on a house and perhaps a better income (again, renting out my current house instead of the condo).Then there's the other thought of selling the condo now and putting the equity into a cd, gambling that the market will flatten or dip, and buying low.
