You got me on travel fees, but I can not imagine that flying anywhere.Bottom line: look on the internet for your Landlord / Tennant Law in your state.

Could be worth flying out to lay your eyes on it while the inspector is there.

Would anyone be interested in having/attending  a meet up in the Birmingham, Hoover area? 

I would suggest spending the time and money to fly out to the market and see things for yourself.

Just check the outside to see if you see any insects flying and or walking to towards the home on a consistent basis (check power lines for crawling carpenter ants that will often trail along them this time of year) .

I know another investor had to fly half across the country to watch the guys work. 

I am a real estate agent in Bayonne, NJ I prefer 3 times, but 2.5 times is also ok, so $5800 is ok.also I am sure today or tomorrow husband will earn .so in I will clear/ok them with flying colors :-)
