I think staging is a waste unless the home has a problem layout, but I do keep an assortment of faux plants handy as I've found a simple orchid and guest towel in a bathroom or an arrangement on the kitchen island next to the brochures seems to add a comforting element in a vacant house, and it's much less expensive than staging.

Good morning I recently purchased my first investment property and currently looking for a tenant I talked with a couple of investers who told me that they were scammed by people who passed background and credit checks using fake identities I am wondering if anyone has encountered this and is there anything in place to protect against this action that seems to be on the rise
