If it turns out to be something I enjoy I plan to buy an additional multifamily the next year with the plan to acquire a large portfolio of buy & hold rental properties that can support me into retirement.I Hope to get a chance to meet as many people on bigger pockets as I can.

People took care of their places and paid on time.I have enjoyed the income they provided but it is not enough to make up for loss of appreciation I could get elsewhere.  

Not very real estate heavy, but more entrepreneurial/go after it books I enjoy more.

Therefore I was thinking to operate 1 of the 3 rental units as a vacation home (inspired by last week's amazing podcast) aiming to keep the unit occupied enough to generate a similar or even higher income to the other two long-term units.Does anyone here have, or have had a similar set-up, and would like to share their experiences with me?

I have many clients who purchase vacation homes, and after rehab need professional pictures done for sites like airbnb, homeaway, vrbo etc..

Hi Everyone, We have half a dozen units we have gradually converted to short term vacation rentals.
