Drive all over KC, look at a tons deals that are terrible, look at a ton of areas I wouldn't invest in, walk over, go all over, drink tons of coffee, download all deals of MLS and map them.

I'm a newbie investor and wanted to meet other more experienced investors and/or real estate agents.Also wanted to know if anyone attends meet ups, are they actually worth going to of if they are a waste of time ( meeting up to have drinks and appetizers but not doing much of anything else).
