Hello, I bought ten properties for me and two investor and used my LLC as this was a package deal six properties belong to me, the other four devided amonst two investors.

I won't have access to money until after the first of the year, so this deal will be long gone, but I'm just wondering if it looks like a good bet for a flip or a buy and hold?

Drive all over KC, look at a tons deals that are terrible, look at a ton of areas I wouldn't invest in, walk over, go all over, drink tons of coffee, download all deals of MLS and map them.
