It will be it's own distinct tax paying entity.And because it is now the tax payer for the property it will have to be the entity that sells and does the 1031.

It allows you to write an offer which protects you in just about every way from any form of damage or danger.

The distinction is that credit card debt does not have a secured interest in the property, whereas HELOC debt does. 

This isn't a requirement for anyone and I suspect is very dangerous during bleak economic times. 

That's really weighing on me and causing me to wonder if I've put my family in danger in some way.
