Plumbing is the unspoken frontline of the medical industry, we used to have cholera and other outbreaks all the time before sewers and drinking water were kept from cross contamination. 

I believed when I started out in 2014 that Denver, CO would be among the best cities in the country for long-term future appreciation potential, and that this would translate to cash flow growth as well.

I think it’s a pretty serious situation as we’ve all seen from the number of deaths across the country.

Given the current status of the country, what are yall's suggestions or advice on following through with the closing?

But you do not 'own' the manager as a slave to do your bidding--especially when there is the kind of risk associated with the shutdown of the country.  

The money being thrown to the market isn't going to help the majority of the country.

Something else to consider is your construction crew would likely be delayed as well as materials imported from other countries. 

I went to school for 2 years and just moved back to LA from a long trip out of the country.

In the area you are describing you have to understand the deviding lines; you can't cross those.Also, from my own experience: BRRRR generally works better on medium priced homes, because you have a larger spread.

The hierarchy of impact seems to be a bit different with rippling waves eventually crossing everyone's path.So far, I have seen Non-QM capital start to dry up.
