Only criticism I have of the documentary is you should have put a little more Holton-Wise advertising in it, haha.

The critical part of a co-signer is taking them through the application and lease process just like anyone else, as they will be liable for the rent each month if not paid.

I will say that the account set-up is critical, so it's wise to have someone trained in QuickBooks (Intuit offers training seminars at various locations several times a year--well worth the price) as well as bookkeeping/accounting to get you up and running. 

However, having said that, one criticism I have of Jack's system and in fact all of the systems that the other real estate gurus promote, is the amount of effort is GROSSLY underestimated.

I’ve never done a BRRRR but finding a great deal is critical.

However for a high volume flipper builder etc.. having your own real estate company license is a critical component if nothing more than control but also finance..
