Do I have to pay for the tenant to move out temporarily during construction?  

The area surrounding that land has well constructed custom homes.

I work in Planning, Design and Construction and Facilities Management at a local hospital and have a Masters degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils). 

We are focused on buying lot and building new construction.

In regards to Tacoma area, unlike Core Seattle, Eastside and Snohomish, the Southend submarket which has a lack of new construction or proposed apartment projects.

I do construction management for a living and I can read and draw plans very well. 

Most of the new construction I see if for large apartment complexes.It would be interesting to see some stats for of those who don't own their own home how many could really qualify for a loan.

However, some were created by families or trusts that bought only new construction in 1998-2003, before CA prices went out of control.
