Putting together processes for rent collection in April has been of the utmost importance at Top Properties.

Even before COVID-19 came onto the scene, it has been a prevailing theme over the last year or two that cities and states are pushing more laws limiting the abilities of landlords to collect rent, evict tenants who don't pay, renovation and increase rents, and other regulations regarding how their business is operated. 

I'm sure this also comes with a lot of it's own hassles that can't really be accounted for.The management companies are charging 8% of gross rents collected.

Personally i'm getting a little nervous about rent collection during this shutdown.

You can't just collect their stuff and re-rent the property.
