Check the marketplace here on BP as I know there are a few lenders that hang out there.Judging from that rent amount and the asking price I'd venture as far to say it's probably in a C neighborhood - so it MIGHT be a good deal if the inspection comes back pretty clean, and you're okay with the C tenants, and you get reasonable financing.
