I'm just not sure what to install and/change about layout or design features (like spindles on a railing, or the front facade of the house, etc.) to make them look more updated.

Hi all — I've been reading and listening for a few weeks now, but haven't dove into posting anything yet, but I've hit a problem and am turning to the community as so many times suggested.Nerdy questions, but I'm trying to calculate future real estate taxes for a property in New York City using the NYC Department of Finances' method, which uses their set cap rate applied to NOI to come up with a market value that they then apply a tax rate to.

They are still getting back to me on what they would want, personally I don't care what they want for the property if it doesn't fit my threshold of an acceptable deal, 2. but realistically thinking of Cap rates and what could be done to increase the value of the property once bought.
