Call previous landlords... including two back (the current landlord may be incentivized to lie to get rid of a bad tenant).

It's a tough call.

I found it by calling a local broker to ask about another deal he had listed on the MLS.

So when shopping for a house make sure to call the county to find out how much taxes are with out the exemption.

I looked at it last night and DFW is all over the place- some areas are better than others I used a site called Snapforce that pulls data from Zillow.

My question would be what happens if the bank calls the loan due to the sale?

I have good relations with the owner but they are extremely strict on this because if the deal gets out, they will be more overwhelmed with calls than they already are.I found a tenant who seems on the surface to be a good candidate.
