Hi everybody, I am new to Real Estate Investing and I'm so excited to learn together with you all on this exciting journey.I live in BC, Canada and would love to get to know more fellow investors from here and beyond!

I think I am just learning a lesson to set boundaries. 

I have learned a lot, and have made a lot of connections & friends in the business, now I am focused on growing.

I often wonder if it would have been better to have started with a single family as our first, to learn the ropes, and then graduated to the 4-plex model. 

Learn from red flags and screening processes going forward (if anything makes more sense in hindsight). 

They've said I need to learn to be more responsible, and that I'm endangering their financial wellbeing.

Not too familiar with market dynamics in that area but would love to learn more.

This can be a good niche but you will need to go deep to learn about it.

All the gurus & mentors tell you that you can do real estate with no money or credit, except, of course, for the money you have to pay them to learn plenty you could easily find for free online or just thru the School of Hard Knocks. 

But from those conversations I have learned it is block by block.
