I think a key part of building wealth is being paranoid and optimistic at the same time.

I'm a landlord of a 3 unit building and a regular check on it and clean the hallways lately.

I wrote out the estimates/invoices based off of work that I had done with PM's contractors. 

We purchased an older building and have been flipping several of the units.

I am handy and I could handle the finances, website, screening etc. but I would need to hire contractors for some things of course.

The contractor you pick and hire can hire, or has a clean out crew along with demo crew.

In Franklinton there are plenty of large projects going on that will bring massive growth to the west side of Columbus, such as the Peninsula Development, which is a multiphase project that will erect a 24 story apartment complex featuring a grocery store, a multi use office space building, and a new hotel featuring a two-story Pins Mechanical venue.

The two sub contractors we are working with said they wouldn’t bother with permits because it will make it very difficult to get finished.We aren’t in a huge rush, but also don’t want to bring the government into this and they shut the entire thing down for one reason or another.
