That would be like a use car dealer saying that because he makes more money selling used sedans, his personal truck was a bad buy...or a field sports retailer saying that buying ice sport equipment retail is a bad buy...you can't ever hope to only buy everything with an investment or resale mentality...that would make you entire life a job. 

I've done  some  pondering and  have  decided to up the  ante  and  boost up my business  credit.  

I also use loans to boost return but they are harder to come by these days as they have to be nonrecourse and if you want to avoid that headache it would be easy to just buy all cash, but your total return may be lower.

Trying again is what takes courage.In these difficult times I thought it would be helpful to share some tips on failures, lessons, mental health, and time.

Also the amount of traffic and noise will more than likely run off your long term tenant more regularly boosting your vacancy numbers.  

If you own a couple properties with pools then I’m sure you can work out a deal with the company you are using which could help boost your cash flow.

Funds derived from wholesaling can then be redirected toward long term buy and hold properties to boost your cashflow.🤝 Partnerships: Partnering with other investors can be an effective way to buy deals without your own capital.

I know it can be mentally discouraging to see super successful people advertised everywhere.

I would suggest to get your listing ready with proper pricing and discount beforehand so when you actually go live, the new listing boost will help you to get your calendar booked quicker. 

and Don't hang out with leeches, family, friends, whatever IF they are not there to help you, boost you, or support you but rather take from you they will only hinder your growth. but if you have lots of money and 1k is nothing to bat an eye about and you really like this person that you are about to lend to then by all means just give it to them as a gift
