The parts on how to handle the back end of the transactions and how handle the money put aside for the buyer/renter are missing....Thats my biggest criticism.

Gotta be realistic with sources you're pursuing, for me REO's and Private lenders have worked but the quantity of contracts that I thrown out there has been a lot, basically like fishing.

The biggest reason for this is that I see international real estate as a much stronger investment then what we currently have in the US.
