It is easier for them to apply somewhere that has no ESA screening than apply for my units at $40 per adult and pitentially be told their bogus ESA does not qualify.  

I know that I should wait until my finances are in a better state, but I'm also curious about this idea.Basically, I will CFD my home to a business I own and rent it out to my adult son who is still living with us.

I am a big dummy when it comes to taxes my entire adult life I always just thought it best to have someone help me out and try and make sure I didn't screw anything up and also just trying to get everything back that I deserved. 

Question: Where do you find those investors that would entertain these opportunities that I come across ? 

All adult applicants must meet all the minimum rental criteria to be accepted as a tenant.

Tell them all adults have to apply before they are approved to move into the property, take their application, and find a reason to deny from your criteria.

As the population ages, there is increasing demand for senior housing, and a growing need for communities that offer amenities and services that are accessible and tailored to the needs of older adults.

Once I realized it was impacting me negatively, I changed my mindset and now I just find it entertaining.  

Another thing to consider if you're moving to Atlanta, especially from NY, is if you plan to use public transportation or drive your own car to work, entertainment, etc.

I haven't done anything in Kauai yet, but if the comps were there and the numbers lined up, I'd certainly entertain it.
