What would you do to get yourself into a situation where you can move on from this property and begin investing in a different community (for low money down) without going too far into the red?

That raised a number of red flags.I understand that RA's make money from the commission of any property they are involved in buying or selling, but seeing this portion of the email just made me pause and further consider whether or not I should be doing business with this person.Is this normal sales talk?

However when the comps had shown she was under water it threw a red flag.  

Others do so because  why bother getting a license when they can cut corners and avoid all the red tape.

That could force you to start out from square one.
