The buyer chose to get pre-approved through US Bank (where his family banks) and we started the process to get the loan commitment.Here is where it went south.  

If the roof isn't steep then you could get up there and roll on a roof coating and save about $1800.  

If you're putt a fence up to contain a one hundred fifty pound pit bull, a soft plastic roll sort fence certain would not work.
