All the other participants are very likely fake, or at a minimum, recorded from the very first instance the webinar was run.

As long as the parties are informed, and accept the risks, there is no reason willing participants should not be allowed to convey property with an existing lien.  

I am an intermediary, a forensic accountant and nationally certified business valuator as well as a Chartered Merger & Acquisition Participant. 

So that may act as a barrier to some level of participation.

However, they also typically want to fund something like "the next Amazon |  driverless car |  Space-X" and not particularly interested in mom-n-pop's first MFU - - they want deals 1 mill+hoping you do well at your level of participation . . .

Usually members are people that feel the same way or did before they began participating in the group.

I guarantee if it's a short sale, I'm doing a full blown interior appraisal and inspection or I'm not even gonna think about participating.

I would not say that I added value to the deal other than participating and bringing money to the deal.

To make an offer in this auction, I had to pay $5,000 to someone else and do other onerous things just to participate.
