People dream up all kinds of wierd stuff in forms or blogs for a variety of reasons, I usually think it's to draw attention to themselves to promote an idea or perhaps a product, maybe an offer to assist you.I also get the impression you are kinda new to RE since you're asking for assistance in wording a contract, I'll go with that assumption.I'm very experienced in drafting my own agreements and frankly, I would not try to explain or state someting like a discount to rents for paying on time because it would simply be stating a lowered agreed rent for payments made on time and, as I said, you are reversing what is customary as a late fee.

The new version of the local municipal plan being developed here has the city wanting to retrench and establish a greenbelt around itself and concentrating on promoting higher density in-fill within.I agree with Jon Holdman, there should be personal choice.

I also use rainwater basins and every other program the jurisdiction has come up with for responsible guttering and storm water management along with minimal paving/clearing on every jobsite.That being said if my project can qualify for the rating by using recycled sunflower seed plywood or I get credit for using that wax based or latex finish instead of lacquer I'm foolish not to take advantage of the opportunity and promote my building as such.
