I have a duplex and one side has a pretty bad odor.I washed all the walls and doors with pine sol then did it again and it does smell better but the smell seems to still be lingering.I at first thought that the smell was from smoking marijuana the tenants were avid users of the miracle plant. add to that they smoked cigarettes.

And yea, the drive from Tacoma is about 50 minutes door to door without traffic, but it's much better than my 2 hour door to door drive that I'm doing now.

Typically a 3/1.5 slab with a carport is $900 a month around here in old town and you get to a 3/2 with a basement and single garage you are up to $1200 to maybe $1400 depending on location.
