Which is why you always want as little down as possible...But on flip side of that it's not hard to find new cars w/ maintenance included... which on a older car can add up quite a bit if you're not the diy type.I'm by no means trying to talk anyone into a lease or a new car...

for a 2-1 I would do two "multizone" mini splits, one per side for about 3.6k + installation or DIY. no ducting
