The range of properties for sale on our site is quite extensive; some could use updating or repairs while others are move-in ready.

Also, a new range, dishwasher and paint.  

2bd+/1bd+ SFRs in the range of $30-70k w/little to no repairs.

The biggest problem getting comps is that the property is right by Blue Ridge Blvd which is a major thoroughfare and it appears to be a dividing line between a nicer area to the southeast with homes selling for $90k-$100k+ and a lower-priced area (where your property is) to the northwest with homes ranging from $50k-$80k.

There are 1-2 newer houses right next door, other than that there aren't many new houses in the area.Can anyone chime in here and tell me what you think it's worth based on what little info I have or what "major rehab" costs range from?

(columbia, germantown, owings mill or any other area within close range).  

Its well out of my range but I would check in on it every so often when I was bored and there was nothing up here by me to even consider.
