I've seen some of Dave Ramsey's YouTube videos, he seems like a great resource.

I of course have multiple sets but I wear this in almost every situation when I am on video or on a property with a client. 

I just dont want to be in contact w the tenants or make any time commitments .I just like the idea of the tenants using the nest egg app to upload a video or pic of a problem and having the instant reponse...

Clarity is always a great tool.
