Landlords must now reconsider their use of such neutral policies and, instead, utilize alternative policies and practices that are difficult to correctly implement.Am I high or are they telling landlords that they need to utilize policies that are difficult to actually put in place?

For colleges to be bankrupt, you need multiple layers of destruction to the market -- employers not needing degrees for professional jobs (not going to happen), government not backing loans (not going to happen), banks not covering the loans that the government won't back (not going to happen), alternative options viable both to students and employers (may happen, but not a seismic shift over a short period of time) -- what you've described doesn't have the likely disruption needed to destroy that engine.I agree you need to be disciplined to work from home.

Now - alternatively you could simply make VRBO be the "feeder" ( I would HIGHLY recommend against this - but it is your call )In that scenario, there is zero cost involved because you have already paid the fees to them.

I’ve got an RV (messed up inside), and a pickup truck with a motorcycle sitting in it.I’m currently working on a rehab project with a home and all of the belongings inside were mine and we were able to bring in people to salvage the junk and make some cash on it.So 2 questions Is the junk min because it’s been sitting on my property?
