That’s great information for me to know , cause I’ll find properties all the time that are reo and it will be listed like 72k, and I’ll see that bank captured at 61k I be like let me offer 63k since it’s been on the market for 97 days especially when I can see comps & property near are 85-100k , so I guess if I can get my numbers to work for me as far as what I’m looking for in ROI , & cash flow , if there asking number hits my numbers I should start pulling the trigger on offers
